Question 1

How long does setup take?

Accepted Answer

It starts with a short demo call: we show you Beem, then Rejig sets your business up with you. Beem is live on your calls or chats the same day, and getting your services, prices and people in usually takes the rest of it.

Question 2

Do I need a new phone number?

Accepted Answer

No. Beem gets its own line, and you forward your shop number to it — always, or only when nobody picks up. Your customers keep dialling the number they know.

Question 3

Does my team need to learn a new app?

Accepted Answer

No. The day's bookings arrive where your team already reads messages, and walk-ins are logged from a phone in a few taps.

Question 4

Is Beem only for barbershops?

Accepted Answer

No. If customers call or message you to ask and book, it fits: clinics, spas, salons, restaurants, studios, car service and more. We set up your own services and words on the demo call.

Question 5

Can I use only chat, or only calls?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Take calls, chat, or the booking page on their own, or any mix. We set up only what you pick.

Question 6

Does Beem replace my staff?

Accepted Answer

No — it replaces the missed calls. Your team keeps working; Beem picks up the phone and the chats they cannot.

Question 7

What if it cannot handle a call?

Accepted Answer

It hands over. It puts the caller through to your team, or takes a callback request if nobody picks up.

Question 8

Can I change my prices and hours myself?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from the dashboard. Beem answers with the new ones from the next call.

Question 9

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

It depends on what you take and how many branches you run. We give you the price on the demo call, and it is month-to-month with no annual contract.

Question 10

Why not just use a LINE booking app?

Accepted Answer

A booking app waits for the customer to book themselves, and someone on your team still answers every call and types every reply. Beem answers the phone and the chat for your team, in Thai or English, and gets the customer booked.

Question 11

Which payment methods work?

Accepted Answer

Credit and debit cards. The subscription is card-only; a tax invoice is issued for every payment.

Question 12

How do I cancel?

Accepted Answer

From the billing portal, any time. Your branch keeps running to the end of the month you already paid for.
