Who provides Beem
Beem is a product of Rejig Labs, a studio based in Phuket, Thailand. Billing, support and the contract are with Rejig Labs.
What data Beem holds
To answer your business's calls and messages, Beem stores your business's own details (branches, services, prices, opening hours, the people who take bookings) and the records of each conversation: the caller's phone number or chat handle, what was asked, and the booking that resulted.
Your business's data is yours. It is used to run your front desk and to keep the service working — never sold, and never used to run another business.
Your customers' data
For the personal data of the people who call or message your business, you are the controller and Rejig Labs is the processor. We process it on your instructions, under the data processing agreement you accept at signup.
Subscription terms
The price is agreed on the demo call and set out in your order, charged to a credit or debit card. The subscription is month-to-month: it renews monthly until you cancel, and cancelling stops it at the end of the month you have paid for.
